How do I book a horseback ride?

You can easily book online through our website by selecting the "book now" button on the ride pages. We do not do over the phone bookings, all our bookings must be done online via a booking link.
How do I see what's available?

Our website calendars are live and always up to date! To see what is available, click the "check availability" buttons or the "book now" buttons on our website. Explore our "rides" tab in the menu for more information on rides!
What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. To receive a full refund, please cancel your ride at least 24 hours in advance. Read more about this in our rules!
Can I make changes to my ride after I book?

Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled ride time. Please contact us at 616-422-8200. We carefully assign our horses and equipment based on each rider's information, so advanced notice is appreciated!
Can I just show up for a ride, or do I need to book in advance?

We are by appointment only! We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure we have availability for you.
